DON'T ALWAYS BELIEVE WHAT YOU HEAR....

Some homeowners have come together to try to convince full-time residents that short-term rentals (STR) are harmful to our community and are causing problems within our HOA. However, these claims are untrue, as incidents of break-ins, property damage, and drunk driving have been caused by full-time residents and local youths, not by guests of STRs. The group initiated a petition to prohibit STRs and managed to gather signatures based on misinformation. Despite their efforts, the community has voted to allow and will continue to permit short-term rentals.
